My practice explores the intricacies of triggered memory and related generational impacts. Memories locked within fabric used by my family form a fragmented stack in my studio – each inspiring an inquiry into familial relationships. Painting, cutting, piecing and stitching construct a reimagined history and a reconnection to the past.
