Calm Over Chaos: Navigating end of year burnout and surviving the Christmas Rush is an uplifting and relatable session designed to help wāhine/women and non-binary people navigate the stress, business, and emotional load of the holiday season. Jess shares honest insights, humour, and practical tips to help you shift from survival mode to a sense of calm and contentment, even when life feels full.
Offering tangible ways to reduce being overwhelmed, create breathing space, and reconnect with what truly matters. Audiences leave feeling seen, grounded, and inspired to approach the festive season with more ease, joy, and calm.
We have made this event incredibly reasonable with the hope it will make it accessible to all, and will encourage you to come and have a drink (wine or non-alcoholic) with us to finish off the W3 events for 2025 whilst also supporting our beautiful Te Whare Taonga o Waiheke/The Waiheke Art Gallery in Oneroa.
If you haven’t ever been to the Gallery or haven’t been recently, this will be an inspiring and entertaining evening, catch up socially, meet some new people, plus it’s a chance to see the Walker & Hall Art Award exhibition. The Gallery’s gift shop is also full of taonga/treasures that make stunning Christmas gifts.
