Slouch is created through repetitive motions reminiscent of the daily tasks we undertake as parents. I’m exploiting the natural slumping tendencies of porcelain to create a precarious balance. The form is outlined including fingerprints and other imperfections which become features rather than disguised; an honest showcase of materiality and process.
