Light Through the Night

17 November - 10 December 2017

“Philosophy [nature] is written in that great book which ever is before our eyes -- I mean the universe -- but we cannot understand it if we do not first learn the language" - Galileo Galilei

That language is light. Everything we know about the universe, we have learnt by analysing light. The word photography originates from Greek, meaning "drawing with light". This exhibition presents artistic works drawn from light gathered through the human eye, the camera and the telescope.

Featuring work by Jonathan Green, Andy Cho, Amit Kamble, Mark Russell, Mikey Mackinven, Talman Madsen and more.
